Who We Are
Dar Eco Circular Ltd is the project proponent and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established to deliver the IWF. The company is the result of a strategic joint venture between three founding partners.
PPP Structure
The IWF is developed in partnership with the Dar es Salaam Local Government Authority (DLGA) and the five Municipal Councils — under the Public Private Partnership Act, Cap 103 R.E. 2018.
